Images of millions of records are made available online through Footnote.com and their partnership with the National Archives. The online collections
include documents involving the Revolutionary War, Civil War, World
War I, World War II and United States Presidents. These documents contain
valuable information that will tell you about your ancestors and the
times they lived.
The indexes of all collections are free to search online. Some
documents such as U.S. Milestone Documents, Project Blue Book,
Pennsylvania Archives, Papers of the Continental Congress, Constitutional
Convention Records and Correspondence of George Washington are
free to view. Other documents can be viewed and downloaded for
a fee - either monthly or yearly.
